Jacques Degouve de Nuncques (62), a French national, has over 30 years of experience in development, banking and finance which he acquired mainly with Citibank/Citigroup in Riyadh, Hong Kong and London and with the industry (ABB, Lummus) in Zurich and The Hague.

 

At the beginning of his career he occupied several positions at Citibank in Europe, Middle East andAsia, first as a commercial and then as an investment banker (as senior credit/security officer).

 

After that he became a senior vice president at ABB Ltd. Zurich, responsible for a team of professionals arranging financing for power generation and transmission projects as well as downstream oil & gas and petrochemical projects in Europe, Middle East, Russia and China.

 

More recently he has been working as an independent consultant on infrastructure and industrial projects. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Swicorp Joussour.

 

Jacques holds a master’s degree in Finance from Essec (Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) in Paris.
